I sat in my campsite recently and watched as a shooting star took its sweet time to burn across the sky, bright and slow, until it was out of sight. We are made of this. The same fire, the same atomic elements as the stars. Literally. The carbon in our muscles, the oxygen in our breath and the calcium in our bones are being exchanged constantly throughout the universe.
There’s a principal that when someone crosses over, passes away, the qualities they embodied are not lost, they become even more available to all.
Like stardust.
Consider who you respect, admire, and the qualities you would want to emulate. Are you looking for those people? Like the first person to achieve a 4-minute mile, or sailing around the world in record time, they make us aware of what is available for us to become, achieve, and to realize what else is possible.
And what is possible beyond that?
Several elders of great impact passed away recently—Gloria Steinham, Dolly Parton, Wendall Berry, and Dr. Larry Dossey. A potent voice for women’s full humanity, a frank voice that brought us together with humor and kindness, a voice that connected us with incredible lyricism to the natural world, and a voice that showed us the power of the unseen from his western training and signature cowboy boots.
Now these are yours to carry forward as you wish. To embody and call in to your own cells and expression. What resonates? What nuance of who they were do you wish to call in to your own cells and spirit and multiply into the world?

This is as much a part of the business development world as it is the spiritual and personal evolution world. I ran across some of my college papers recently and notes of presentations I attended where they encouraged us to consider who we wished to become, what qualities were important to us.
Ancient cultures have passed down stories through generations to remind their tribes of the spirit that was in and available to them and to contemplate as well as choose what they would make of it through their own unique and individual expressions.
This lifetime will not come again. You will not be exactly this expression again physically, emotionally, spiritually, mentally, financially, relationally…
That is not meant to create urgency, but a depth of awe and meaning for you who you are and what you want to do with it while you’re here. How will you play? How will you enjoy the wonders of this physical world? What will you create? Will you hang out strictly from the third/material dimension expression playing in matter? Or will you play with matter from a higher realm, going long, and broad, and wide and high and deep in the limitless?
There’s not a wrong or right answer, just how you wish to play.
Do you see how wonderfully valuable and meaningful your work and expression is from this perspective? What it means to have a conversation at dinner? To develop your relationship with money? To love and support? To be loved and supported at the highest level? To write the book? To play? To become who you are capable of becoming? To heal your body? To enjoy fixing the machine? To design that software? To sing the song? To speak your truth? To heal your heart?
It is all stardust of expressions you live in this time and leave for others once you change orbits.
